I highly doubt there will be any Bruce Payne action in this.
Or any trace of Jeremy Irons, for that matter.

I realized a while ago that I haven't watched a full movie in ages. Especially not a new one. Anyone else in the same boat? Or am I just ascribing to everyone something peculiar to myself?
Nah, I feel your pain, current movies all suck, and the old ones I.love, I have watched a bunch of times so what I end up doing is skipping around to watch the best scenes. Hollywood finally won the war against piracy by making everything not worth pirating.

I tried rewatching Goodfellas but stopped midway through. I end up doing that with every movie nowadays. About the only titles I can still watch to completion are kung fu films. Kung Fu movies usually save the best fights for the final sequence and the story is about as important as story in porn.

But even then, we're talking about movies from the '70s. Modern movies are intolerable garbage imo. The color filters on films made after 2002ish are horrifying.

When i very rarely watch a movie, i focus on old movies i have never seen.
The last three movies that i watched were obscure zombie movies i never even heard of before:
One was called Shock Waves (1977), and was about nazi zombies who hunt down castaways on a remote island while remaining submerged into the water most of the time.
Peter Cushing was in it, just to walk around the island for a while and be killed.
The second was called Deathdream (1974), and was about a guy who is killed in Vietnam and somehow returns home as a zombie who kills people and injects their blood in his veins to prevent decomposition.
The third was called The Battery (2012), and was about two baseball players who survive le apocalypse together despite not even being friends before.
The guy who used to be the fat, unpopular weirdo immediately adapts to his new reality and is completely self-sufficient, from killing zombies to surviving in the wild, while the guy who used to be the popular Chad becomes a useless and whiny bitch who can't let his past life go.

10 years ago i would have considered these movies meh at best, but everything is a masterpiece compared to modern Pedowoke.

Look for foreign movies if you want to see something decent, this one was pretty good:

The next time i will watch a movie it will probably be Tetsuo the bullet man, because i never saw it unlike the two previous ones.

The only reason I'll stop watching a film midway through is, I'm tired and I know I'm going fall asleep before the film's over. That's the only reason. Even a piece of shit film, unless it's a MASSIVE piece of shit, I'll watch from start to finish

Aside from streaming a few via putlocker, I've felt no reason to go back to movie theaters in several years. 99% of newer films, even outside capeshit, are all garbage. The past decade alone has seen some of the most banal, badly written and/or by-the-numbers shite ever made, more so than the past 90+ years of collective Hollywood crap combined.
I'd suggest watching some more foreign media (other than anime) that hasn't been tainted by American hackery. Something with more soul. Better yet, stick to older movies from decades decades prior when there was little to no wokeness. There's still thousands of old unaltered movies to watch, much more preferable to the agitprop of today.

I've actually seen this one. Thought it was alright.

Makes sense. I grew up with limited internet access but always had dvds. I can still watch episodes of old boomer media like Fatlock or Coombo without ragequitting them. Movies seem to bounce off me, with only the slimmest of exceptions. I rewatch The Warriors pretty much every six months and never struggle to finish that one.

I can't seem to muster the interest for ANY modern movies though. I'd rather watch Gamera 5: Gamera vs Assrape than sit through the latest AAA blawkbuster.

Also, has anyone else noticed how fucking old the actors are getting? Aging population in action? All the newfag actors have no presence or acting ability, so the same ancient old ffffucks keep getting trotted out for Die Hard 47: Die Hardier, or The Last Geriatric Action Hero. Poor Patrick Stewart looks like a walking skellingten.
