Looks like the youtuber's at fault, since he was driving south which is a local road and not a highway

People are screeching that there needs to be a traffic light installed. On a stretch of highway in a rural area. There's a stop sign for the road that Crabman was crossing. Yeah, he got his brother and friend killed.

There are many rural roads like that without traffic lights. The news story posted didn't sound like he ran the stop sign but it's a long intersection and looks like there's construction going on so he might have misjudged the traffic pattern. What's unfortunate is I'm guessing the road was totally clear behind the truck that hit him.
