I think it's time to educate y'all about Ultrashit.

In the entire history of Ultraman, there is one song more influential than anyone else.
One song that has been remixed and reimagined more often than any other.
And one word that has etched itself into the brains of Ultrafags throughout the globe: Wandaba



The defense team's theme from Return of Ultraman (not Ultraman Jack; he got that name way, way later, despite modern official subs of showa era Ultraman trying to gaslight you into thinking otherwise) has served as the template for nearly every defense team that would follow, each one giving it its own spin.

Like the more dramatic Ultraman Ace rendition.

Interesting that they have a sort of Leitmotif going on. Does Wandaba mean something?

Not really. It's just something the composer came up with for the BGM, and the rest is history.
I guess there may have been some slight inspiration from a cappella, but that's just a theory... a gay theory.

I used to be more into calmer music when I was younger. It was only as I became a frail and ugly old man that I started fagging out to hi-nrg. I only learned what it meant to be alive when it was too late, as always.

Unrelated:

I regret not posting this here when it first came out. I thought it was the best thing I'd ever heard and I had it on loop for six hours straight. I didn't think anybody else here watched Red Bar and so didn't care who these people were. Showing people videos about e-celebs they don't care about gives off the feeling of being the guy who really wants to show you a "funny video" on his phone.
