I have a pretty iconoclastic news feed - lots of right, left, middle - etc - I don't mind people disagreeing with me on my social media. One take I heard from someone defending this clip was since what's her face is a lawyer, and has developed a different set of skills because of her profession - she got a hang of the Hulk powers a little quicker. The problem is, and maybe this clip is out of context (I fucking doubt it) - that doesn't come across in this little snippet at all.

However it does highlight how the series might have been able to work, a better script would work the stuff she's learned from her profession into her conflict as a means of developing her character - but these are capeshit writers, so everything is lecturey, ham fisted and on the fucking nose.
