Shinichiro Watanabe has a new animu coming out ... called Lazarus.

I checked this out after a recommendation of a friend. The story is that a Dr. Fauci Skinner creates a miracle drug that almost everyone on earth is using. Then before going into hiding he announces the drug is actually poison that will kill all users in three years. He has the only antidote.

Megumi Hayashibara plays an Amanda Waller-type character that assembles a Suicide Squad of criminals with various talents to try and find Skinner before the time is up. Looking good so far, though finding a subtitled torrent as opposed to the English dub was a bit of a pain.

Distributing subs over dubs should be punishable by castration.
