The prequel movies are shit. They're better than jizzney's Zombie Star Wars but that's not saying much. I will say that the first two Lucas prequels are, as I said in my previous comment, "shit in an interesting way." So many hilarious maymays came from Episodes 1 and 2. But Episode 3 is a snooze.

Speaking of Reean - his trilogy is officially 86d. It was probably a bunch of decentish bullet points that he would have fumbled - because he’s too arrogant to see the flaws in his storytelling.

A trilogy requires too much money and risk-taking, and I wouldn't put my hopes up for any of those planned one-shot movies, either.
They'll probably pull a Kenobi and turn it into a Disney+ Original Series (tm) so they can hide the abyssmal views (as opposed to a movie's box office which is plain for all to see and laugh at).

Keeping the main characters separated is just some weird shtick he developed. Because movies should end with as many different climaxes as possible.

Episode 1 has Jar Jar, "I'll try spinning," everything with the retarded future nascar race, the gay robots who say "roger" all the time, asian aliens shouting "you can't do that! Shoot him, or something." Padme wanting to fuck a literal child. Literal child eyefucking Padme. Qui Gon the used car salesman using the force to cheat people. Racist Arabic/Jewish stereotype alien. "Mind tricks don't-a work on me... Only money." Plus all the extremely stupid-looking makeup the women wear on Naboo. The fat alien holding up the glowing ball at the end like it's Simba from the Lion King is a massive meme moment.
