Why is there no Lego Thread?

Or a Toy thread for that matter??? Post your builds, acquisitions and what you're working on here! Bionicle too!
Got a new obsession! Found a sweet bike for my Gali.
And a new Droid. K2S0 looks Nazi as fuck. I think this and General Grevious are the only 2 SW CCBS worth getting.
(maybe Boba Fett and Jango too). I think I will try to get Kylo Ren if I can, his helmet looks vaguely alien enough to
work on other things plus he's dirt cheap.
For acquisitions, I'm keeping my eyes open for Bowser's Airship. I've seen them go around here for about $100, it's one of my dream sets and I got a Princess Peach waiting.

This is my pride and joy:
Also why are none of these Mario characters actual minifigs? Is that Duplo or somethin'?

The Mario Figures function as part of a game. They have LED's and Scanners built into them for you to build an obstacle course and
jump on the little monsters and blocks with a QR code tile on them. TBH Sonic is coming out next month and looks way more playable.

Lego is overpriced.
I have a Megaconstrux/Megablocks Enterprise.

As a young Kraut I dabbled more in Transformers G1, Filmation Ghostbusters and MOTU action figures than Lego, and by the time the Bionicles or licensed sets rolled around I had outgrown it. I mostly owned loose parts, and wasn't really interested in Racer or Technic models, with one exception:

This fucker was an absolute beauty, and ye olden Technic construction made me feel pain without compare. Not even gluing spiky pewter wargaming miniatures can hold a candle to the anguish of trying to fit small 1x1 axle connectors together. And no, I don't know what kind of faggots would choose the chopper or hovercraft model over the MOTHERFUCKING T-REX, either.
For complete classic bricks sets, I
think I had this ugly monstrosity, but as I said I mostly used classic bricks to scavenge and cobble up my own creations.
