So they did it... without his consent  ?

Yup. He's an insufferable faggot but he's very protective about Sulu. Likely because it the only actual role he ever had, which is why he resents Cucknadian Überchad Shatner so much.

Dude beat up Chuck Norris. Cheap and cheesy, but better than The Raid.

Never seen the Raid so I can't comment on it but this shit is a scene-for-scene ripoff of Bullitt. Complete waste of the man's martial arts talents. They should've tweaked the plot to where it showcased the man's true talents like Steven Seagal's Above the Law. That one was about the CIA selling crack to niggers but Seagal spends most of the movie running around the neighborhood beating the fuck out of everybody and it's all the better for it.

Should've picked Mortal Kombat instead of Street Fighter. Ryu and gang would never hang out with these Sentai ripoffs

I've been watching the Water Margin tv series. It's pretty good and the kung-fu sequences are much better than the 2011 "All Men are Brothers" tv show. That latter show is more faithful to the novel, however. Several inconvenient sequences were cut from the older tv show, presumably because they show the outlaws in a negative light. The old show does all it can to glorify the activities of the bandits and downplay any dishonorable or barbaric behaviors.
