Why would you do that? Glomgold is Scrooge without scruples, not Scrooge crossed with Boogie. It doesn't make sense for him to be fat because he's also stingy af.

He was probably a bit disappoint. None of the old DuckTales episodes I can remember come close to the adventure stories that he or Barks made.
The closest are probably bits from the movie, because that one actually had the budget for pulp action.

Even if the original DuckTales isn't that great, people right now should be required to watch that episode about inflation, since a lot of economic-illiterate cucks are prescribing "just print more money and distribute it, bro!" as the answer to the Corona Depression.

The comics were a lot better. Over here they come in the shape of the Lustiges Taschenbuch or LTB for short.


They've been going since 1967, are at issue number 533 currently with many more special editions over the years. Each is a good centimetre or more thick and they contain anywhere between three to seven stories. The perfect light entertainment for the beach, hanging out in the garden or the balcony or on the toilet taking a shit.
I have never heard a single person say anything bad about them. If I ever were to collect comics, those would be it.
