Am I supposed to be against humanity? This coming from people that want to restrict guns and even thoughts they don't like, expecting me to side with unpredictable mutants that feel no allegiance towards people, with deadly weapons for eyes?
I knew the animation was gonna be awful, but geez louise!
It's even worse than you imagine. They have the same intro as the original with some additions with the new animation and it's god awful. It's way slower and choppy than the one with the "inferior" technology. And don't get me on the designs of Rouge and Morph.

Don't forget that they had the odd idea to give Storm her punk haircut ('cause we can't have a modern piece of Western animation without a female side shave) without also giving her her matching punk outfit.

Instead they kept her classic costume which is just begging for a lush mane of hair.

It’s not just the choppy animation, the lighting and shading is also shit. The pilot episode of Archer has better art direction.

They kept the costume and the voice actress, but gave her a hair style that’s straight from the 80s.

Why does '97 Morph look like Spider-Man TAS's Chameleon? He had hair in the old show. Did some wires get crossed about a shapeshifting Marvel character?

Hair would be more difficult to animate.
Might also explain Storm's punk hairdo, actually.
A new The Crow movie is coming up. This time with a race-mixing Leto-Joker-knockoff.
Isn't he the same guy that played NuPennywise?
I guess the race-mixing implies they were murdered by the literal KKK this time around?
And has this franchise produced anything worth watching after the first movie?
(I know it's based on a comic, but shut up no one cared about that iteration.)
