Ok. Watched the full video. They are saying that Disney giving free passes as benefits to people like the firefighters is a problem due to Florida's gift law. Then the dumbass lawyer says if Disney gave them money as stipends so that the people who benefitted can use it as they wish it would be fine. The reason the gift is the problem is usually due to how much the gift is valued at. So just switching the gift to money won't make it legal.

Also they admit that the title of the video is clickbait. They flat out say Iger won't be the one getting arrested and could be the previous Reddy Creek administrator instead. Then they say that the Feds could get involved because this got out into the open and start cracking down for fair enforcement. Have those guys seen the Biden Administration. They don't give a fuck about equal enforcement. I am disappointed in Midnight's edge for bringing Legal Mindset on.

I didn't watch the video, but what you describe of it is exactly what I expected. "Bob Iger IN CHAINS!!!! (except he won't be, we never said he would here at Clickbait Edge)" and then a bunch of legalese and backpedaling in a vain attempt to look like they're not implying what they are. Truly the shining beacon of grifting ethics.
