Marvel wants creative people who do what they're told. That's why they hire so many writers and directors who have only one or two indie films to their credit to work on these massive movies. They want people who are just happy to have the job, won't argue, and won't rock the boat.

Kathleen Kennedy has to be my favorite high up from the media companies at this point. EVERYTHING she touches turns to shit regarding the Pew-Pew-Whoom-Whoom Universe, and I love that she keeps losing Disney more and more money and prestige and no one touches her position.
