... wat 2.0? Yeah, it's been 30 years. And pretty much every character is pretty much the same. That's why they don't age... it's supposed to NOT evolve that much. Groundskeeper Willie still talks like a freak, Bart still causes trouble, Lisa is still boring af and Maggie is still a baby... Duckduckgo'd Adi Shankar and he was young when he came to the US, so he speaks better American. Apu came when he was 20-something(?).

tl;dr YOU CAN'T CHANGE THAT MUCH SINCE TIME PRETTY MUCH STANDS STILL! But some things have changed, so I don't mind him expanding the Kwik 'e Mart or whatever, could be a fun (not really, since The Simpsons suck now) episode.
