Breaking Bad is actually good if you don't mind that it's going to go down the "raising the stakes all the time without pause" route.
I still haven't watched the last season that was made right after BB blew up to cash in. I still don't really feel like watching it because I think it originally stopped at the right moment - when it started to become obnoxious.

I tried watching BBC's The Musketeers. What a shitstorm. First off, everyone on this fucker is ethnic. Porthos is black, Aramis and D'Artagnan are Spaniards, and even white man Athos looks dusky AF. Second, it's incredibly boring. There's no charm, no air of rollicking adventure like in the book. It's just dour faggots sitting around lamenting modern day politics masquerading as 16th century problems. There's no real sex or nudity, and jesus god it's just so boring. Fucking useless BBC making shit nobody wants to watch.
