Conan without Arnie won't work.
Wasn't there a third movie in development with Arnold? "Conan the King"?

The Legend of Conan. Cancelled after years in Development Hell.

At this point, does anyone really want to see old Arnold on the big screen again? In this climate? King Conan would be PG-13, filled with cg bullshit, and he would just sit around looking tired while his super awesome daughter does all the fighting and lecturing.

I know I certainly don't. Everything he's done since he stopped being Governor and started doing films again has been shit. Pretty much all his value as an actor was tied into his youth and physicality and obviously now he's old he just doesn't have that any more.

Close the book on him he's had his day

Arnold hasn't been any good since the mid 90s.

All of his post-governor work has been awful, and in the years before that he was making crap like End of Days and Collateral Damage.

Even the Expendables 2 is like, Wow, everyone's here.......oh. They're old. With a bunch of CGI but a lack of violence. Cool.

Arnold really only has six good films: Terminator, T2, Commando, Predator, Total Recall and the first Conan. Everything else is crap but he makes it watchable.

I think Arnie's massively overrated as an actor. I appreciate him as an athlete, but aside from Eraser and parts of True Lies, I was never really wowed by his movies. He was just a big strong guy with an accent, while I was into John Woo and martial arts movies, stuff that was like the opposite of what he was offering.

Pimp-ass Eraser trailer:

>turning the plane around to "fly" him over

Man, you'd never see that in Current Year.

You forgot Twins, Last Action Hero and Jingle All The Way.

That's not cinema's best plane scene.
