Firstly the pretext by which Bush got authorisation to use military force on Iraq was fraudulent and therefore illegal and secondly the invasion itself was in violation of the UN charter and therefore illegal. This is not just my argument, many legal experts and the British inquiry into Iraq have all concluded that the invasion was illegal.

During the Iraq War the US murdered Iraqi civilians, imprisoned them in Gitmo, without trial, subject them to extrajudicial punishment and, of course, tortured them. These are all crimes against humanity. Bush did this under the pretext that the Iraqis had WMDs, which they didn't, and therefore his lie about WMDs was in furtherance of his crimes against humanity and thus a crime against humanity in of itself

It's probably for the best. 4 was a clown show and he'd been retired for several years. I wouldn't mind a L5thal W5opon but the series had turned into Fast & the Furious by the end with all the focus on FAMILY.
