I followed the arguments for a little while yesterday and it was interesting. It wasn't about Woke vs. Anti-woke.

It was normal people who understood "Yeah, this is what we do on the internet; we fuck around with anything put in front of us just for fun and not even out of hostility sometimes" vs. uber-Woke "When a Strong Black Woman speaks we should always listen and learn!"

Funny you say this because I saw the same thing. I have noticed that people like John Campea calling her stupid for going after the edited poster. It really seems the fringe are only supporting her.

It's the reason why El Chavo del Ocho is an enduring success in Latin America, despite being a 50-years old show. All the slapstick that gives it its charm is only possible because the child characters getting hit are played by adults.
