In other news, apparently the Anthony BurchLands adaptation is so shit that even the poxed critics of Rotten Tomatoes are giving it a 6% score.

Disney's next remake will be "Song of the South", only it'll rip off "Coonskin" and star Louis Farrakhan as Uncle Remus. And it technically won't live-action because there will be more CG than a PS2 game's cutscenes.

Even with perfect casting you still have the issue of the Borderlands story being bottom-tier shit garbage with cringe so strong it makes even hardened Redditors forget their cake day.

I refuse to believe that there is a single person alive that finds Claptrap even remotely amusing.

Watched Cabinet of Dr. Caligari - good ass movie, but the digital version I rented was fucking awful. I like how its the OG twist ending. Gets good and weird - and the cinematography and sets are great! Very few countries had the cinematic renaissance that 1920's Germany did.

Hopefully somebody like Criterion released a version that looks a lot better.
