Never watched past season one, since I've been hoping Dragon Queen did this from the start: kill all the degenerates and wipe away all traces of the former filth, then replace with her own people.

I read the damn things, and I call bullshit. Like 99.9% of the characters were just varying levels of assholes. The Starks and their relatives were pretty much the only exception. And even they had Arya to deal with. And she's more of a dumbass than Joffrey.

This season of GoT has huge flaws, but I have to give them this:

In 2019, having one of your most prominent stronk womyn characters heel-turn into a mass-murdering psychopath strikes me as kinda sorta a little bold. If this was Star Wars or Marvel, Daenerys would be a 100% virtuous heroine who doesn't even need the dragon. She'd be a master sword-fighter after two episodes of training and defeat Euron and The Zombie Mountain single-handedly in one-on-one combat.
