There's going to be a Gladiator 2 - a trailer's out. There's a lot of shit CGI.
I haven't seen the first movie in fucking forever, I think Ridley Scott's a hack - with the noted exception of the first Alien and maybe four other movies - he makes one a year so that's still not much.
Great cast tho - Denzel's in it, apparently.
