Of course the MGM shorts in the 40s and early 50s were kino and my favorites, then late 50s were hit and miss, same with Chuck Jones, Filmation was terribad, the two unmentionables, Tom and Jerry Tales was pretty great for a reboot, and the flash trash.

Aside from that I never fucking heard of anything else this man did. I'm sorry. I had to look it up, but he worked on Terrytoons and some Popeye shorts. F indeed, but I wouldn't say he's the best or even up on my list.
