Yeah, lunch cancer is still rare at that young of an age. I got away from pot smoking becasue I'm prone to cancer but that is a long term decision, not becasue I'm scared of getting it now.

I've never heard of this guy, but I'm obsessed with heart problems so I watched his video. His blood pressure was beyond high. He said it was 170/200 or something, which is off the charts. He should be dead. Many things can lead to that. You can't blame a single cause. It's often a combination of things. Smoking doesn't help. The sedentary lifestyle of a gaming YouTuber (he's fat) doesn't help, either. Genetics obviously tend to play a part, too.

I would advise anyone to check your blood pressure regularly after you reach your 30s, no matter what shape you're in.

I had high blood pressure about five years ago. I felt completely normal and had no idea. My numbers weren't nearly as bad as this guy's, but it was a warning sign. It freaked me out and I changed everything. I got it down naturally and I continue to stay conscious of it. When people my age or younger have heart problems, I get curious.
