There are some cheap (original) 3DS consoles that I've been meaning to get, but they are region locked and I'm trying to find a way around it.

Meanwhile, anything above the original 3DS pretty much costed the same as it did when it first launched.

The region locking doesn't matter for custom software. Usually comes on the flash cards for them. 15 bucks and you can pirate anything.
