Overcuck 2 developers were successfully bullied into redesigning benches found in one map. Apparently some gender-specials (aka their new target audience) got triggered 'cause the fictional hobos that don't actually exist on the map couldn't use the original benches as beds.
For some strange reason, Blizzard is trying to spin this change as an "indicator of the hopeful future of the Overwatch fiction". Apparently hobos will always exist, and the main indicator that decides whether or not your futuristic setting is a dystopia or utopia is how hobo-friendly your benches are.

In other Overcuck 2 news, every copy of the first game will be "upgraded" into the sequel, just in case you had any doubt left that this is really just a glorified patch.
Mind you, if you only own the first game you won't get access to the fabled PvE mode, but that one won't be ready for launch, anyways.

Also it's gonna be F2P, so expect even more quality than ever before.

"Upgrade" also means that Overwatch 1 proper will be effectively deleted. Don't pop the corks. Overwatch """"2"""" is guaranteed to be somehow even worse.

Like that time they replaced Warcraft 3 with Warcraft 3 Deforged.

You can see it with their priorities. A bench one can sleep on. It doesn't even cross their minds that simply not having anyone be homeless is even an option. Actual help or solving the problem isn't even a possible thought.
