Good question. It must've been around 2006 or so. Later on they wanted money and that's when I quit.

Is blizzard just trolling at this point? Putting the manazon in d2 resurrected, making the servers shitty on purpose it seems.
making them queue for hours only to be able to play for 15 mins and then get disconnected or crashing again to queue yet again. Putting in a 20 character limit for no reason but to troll their customers because they know about muling...

But in all honesty it's just incompetence. No phrase in gaming have I read as much in vidya articles than "ex-Blizzard employee". All their talent left a long, long time ago and they haven't attracted new talent, likely for the reasons they lost the old one.
