Ironically the best time to start hoarding if you can wait a year to dump stock to nintendrones. I was gonna sell my 3ds copy of wario ware but I figure I can wait to unload for double the going price.

Yeah those hard copies of 3ds rpgs and first-party titles are gonna be worth even more once the digital versions go away. Rev up your disc scratchers!

The real shame will be all the games that disappear for good with the removal of the service. '92 Recca, Mario Golf GBC, Mario Tennis GBC, Xtreme Sports, Wario Land 1-3, Legend of the River King, streets of rage 1 and 2 M2 ports, Super Hang On, Mighty Final Fight etc. Of course, emulation can still play everything, but to play them portably on a handheld is what will go away. A lot of the most famous games will get brought over to the nintendies online rental service, but the more obscure stuff will vanish. Just like how, when the PS3 PSN closes down, you will have lost the only way to legally purchase and play Soldier Blade and Super Star Soldier. Along with Arc the Lad II, Suikoden I and II, Xenogears and all the other shit.
