Did they ever port Strange Journey or am I going to have to wait 10 years for an HD remaster.

It was ported on the 3DS with better graphics, additional dungeons, and good Jap voice acting.
If you have a decent pc you should be able to emulate either the DS or 3DS version.

I have the PS2 version of Nocturne, but that game was not easy to get a hold of until recently.

The switch version has HD graphics, JAP voice acting, and you can choose if the game will feature Dante of the Devil May Run Up On A Nigga series, or Raidou Kuzunoha of the Devil Summoner series.
Again, you can easily emulate it with a good pc.

Strange Journey Redux is inferior to Strange Journey DS imo. I'm not gonna be explaining why in great detail since I think I've done that in previous posts. SJR made the game way easier.

Last time I checked Last Armageddon didn't borrow monsters, their designs and/or entire assets from a completely different franchise it has absolutely no relationship with.

Original SMT1 has an unused music data file which is a remix of LA title theme, and that means those games are blood related.
