What do you think is the first "good" video game ever made?

Single player only restriction applies, because anything can be fun with two people. Even sex. Or so I've been told. Point is, Pong is excluded but Breakout is not.
Anyway, thread is the title. What do you think the first genuinely excellent video game made for single play was? I'm going to pick the obvious: 1980's Rogue. Where to even start? This kind of longevity in gaming wasn't a thing, and wouldn't start to become common until around the NES era, when console design began to displace arcades. There was no dragon quest or Final Fantasy in 1980, and Ultima I didn't release until a year later.
I'm also fond of Berzerk. I don't know if Berzerk is the first single player "third person shooter" experience made or not. But it's very impressive, as was Robotron.
