Ah, so this is the newest darling in gender-neutrality ("Schweinhund:in") since 2016, after the gender-star of 2009 ("Schweinhund*in") and the gender gap (lol) from 2003 ("Schweinhund_in").
And just like the predecessors, this thing will never be part of the official spelling rules because it's confusing and awkward, especially since the people making this shit up apparently can't make up their mind on what to use.
Plus at the end of the day it just doesn't matter what the Schweinhund you're talking about has between xir legs.

Maybe next year will see the rise of the Gender X ("SchweinhundXin"). Or the Gender @ ("Schweinhund@in). Or the Gender ⚧ ("Schweinhund⚧in"; don't ask how to pronounce this, this will probably just be for twitter).

EDIT: Oh, and apparently there's also the Mediopunkt ("Schweinhund·in"), which is a character that's not found on the keyboard (so my joke about using a random unicode symbol has alreay been rendered obsolete by reality).
