Get a stainless steel and a carbon steel or cast iron pan! They last forever and get much hotter. Easy plus two to your steak sear for only a tiny amount of a learning curve for scrambled eggs.
Yes, you'll need to season the carbon steel or cast iron pan. But you'll only do it once and they outlast you.

You’re goddamned right, that’s some damned fine freshly grated nutmeg. I tried out his roast onion recipe recently, found a few other videos to help modernize and damn it was a good side dish.

Roasted onions have always been great. There's a reason you can still buy dedicated pots just for roasting onions.
