Are these fags out of money or something? Christ.
Out of money and relevance, and the easiest way to claw back some relevance is to claim abuse/sexual harassment
Exactly what I was thinking. It's going to get thrown out for statute of limitations.
Of course, the point of this lawsuit may not actually be the financial gain

Sadly they are getting away with it due to Commiefornia temporarily suspending statute of limitations on child sex abuse claims.
It's ridiculous reading the article. On one breath they say we didn't know we were filmed nude. In another breath, they admit the director talked to them about doing it because the scene wasn't working.
She also didn't have a problem with the director of she went to star in another movie with him. Also mighty convenient that the director died a couple of years ago

Fuck that hellhole state. Also, was this filmed in Italy in the seventies. Teen nudity is different in many Euro countries.

Did you know that the age of consent in Italy is 14? Just like Glorious Nippon :3
(Though I fear they changed that a couple years ago.)

Actually this is one of the times where Commiefornia is halfway sensible. You wouldn't want, say, a Roman Polanski to get away with his crimes because he fled the jurisdiction 50 years ago and now the statute of limitations has expired

That's age of consent to sex. The relevant law here is how old you have to be to consent to being photographed nude

I'm pretty sure that fleeing jurisdiction pauses the statute of limitations.

I imagine that would depend on the state

Would it? Fleeing the nation could make it a federal thing immediately.
We know that he would get arrested if he went back to the USA. So at least the act of fleeing is an ongoing thing.
I wish that kike nothing but the worst, so I hope he slips up eventually.

They tried to get Polanski extradicted a few years ago but french assholes refused, presumably because "muh great artist", and french are deviants.
