That being said, he is not the worst of its kind. His dietary recommendation is not that bad except for things like maple syrup (basically sugar) or a shit ton of liver (unnecessary, potentially harmful). It doesn't make him good or trustworthy, but he probably didn't cause that much harm either way.

Liver is high in vitamin A copper and iron. High vitamin A is PROBABLY not that harmful, but too much copper can mess up copper/zinc balance, and some people have issue with high iron intake (aka hemachromatosis).

Liver is basically like a natural supplement, it's not necessary if you're eating lots of meat already like Liver king guy does beause red meat contains decent amount of essential micro nutrients already. It's fine in moderation ofc (I do eat liver/heart/gizzard/etc occasionally), but his recommendation is an overkill which may harm some people.
