Wiki looked normal to me a couple days ago. But I'm logged in, so maybe that's it?
I did notice that deadnaming is now not allowed, and there are apparently uber-Draconian punishments for anyone that dares deadname.

This might sound retarded but I think they're rolling the new layout slowly. I didn't notice a change at all when Voices made his post but a day later I was browsing both a popular and unpopular page and the unpopular one didn't have the new layout.

They might be. I was looking through Lucas John Roberts' page history a bit and did not find his real name anywhere. Not sure why he even has a page there at all. He probably made it himself. He's also been fucking around at archive.org.
