Her health cycle didn't last very long. Now she's gorging like it's going out of style. Her blood sugar has also been forgotten about.
Either she has lost all will to live and is trying to go out La Grande Bouffe style, or she plans to become too fat to be kicked out of Kuwait.
Apparently she's also tried out TikTok, but her ventures into other social media sites never last long.

I also have to sperg about her table setup: WTF is this?

I didn't even know you could set a table that high, and/or a gaming chair that low. That fucking table must be held up by her gunt alone.

Other highlights:

• She ended her boycott of McDonald's and other Israel-friendly food joints. Not that she was ever seriou about this in the first place
• She went outside in broad daylight some more. Probably almost died due to the heat, and everyone kept staring at her
• She explained that she prefers to drink iced tea and soda instead of water because she is worried about the sodium in the water. Sure, she might eat ungodly amounts of junk food that's almost entirely made up of sodium and fat, but I bet it's the sodium in the water that will do her in

I've mentioned before that her cheeks are so fat that they lift up any glasses she's wearing, but man, the nose bridge isn't even anywhere close to her actual nose here. And if anything the shape of those glasses is making it worse. If she gets any fatter they will be completely useless for here.

I think she's at least dehydrated here. And holy shit, those marks from the glasses are definitely not normal. WTF happened here? Is that the beetus, or did the scorching Kuwaiti heat cause the rims to burn themselves into her skin?
