It still doesn't seem to have hit her that Syria could erupt into another civil war any day now, and that she might not be able to get out if it happens. Instead she's of course more concerned with getting her food fix.

Her husband has been repeatedly doing his Goofy laugh off-screen like some psychopath. I guess either he wants to annoy her, or we can attribute this to substance abuse or him losing his mind.

Money appears to be tight, so she once again repeats old mistakes by asking for donations for her "private ""charity work"".

Also the kerosene in that region is of shit quality and impure af, which can cause those tanks to just spontaneously combust on a hot day.
