Let me just say that the lawyers I've met think legal eagle is a tool that gives bad advice.
This applies to every online lawyer. If they spend their all their time talking about law online rather than on actual cases then it means they suck.

Pretty much, there is also that one law floating around - there is no such thing as FREE legal advice. If there is, in most cases it means it's bad, that's why it's free

They always do the whole 'this is not legal advice' disclaimer before dispensing legal advice. They don't want to be held to their words. I remember watching a video of a lawyer lecturing where he said "don't talk to the police" and didn't wiggle out of it.

No, that's a professional standards thing becaus they aren't engaged to advise you and usually don't have full context for the questions they're answering.
That Rackets/Eagle are also wrong all the time is a separate issue.
