We will never know when it comes to Glitter Force, but afaik modern PR is for manchildren who still obsess over muh Morphing Grid, muh Zordon and muh villains from the MMPR era.
They should just do what Ultraman is doing atm and just dub the fucking original.
Pretty much. I would say the Neo Saban era started this obsession with MMPR. You can tell from the character archetypes and writing of each season. It's just MMPR with CGI. Even the comics and video games obsess with MMPR.
Honestly because of this, they lost the kid audience who thinks PR is uncool due to how cringy the writing is.
Funny you say that because Wing and Zyuranger are on the low end of popularity for their respective franchises. But only became popular in burgerland since they were pretty much the first series of their franchises to be released here.

Yeah, as much shit as people give Seed I’ll never understand Wing being the holy grail. It has sorta cool mech designs, but useless yaoi bait main characters and a hamfisted basic bitch peace story. Seed has the same peace crap (IBO and 00 for life!) but at least has some teeth.
I honestly don’t even hate wing at all. Maybe it is because it was my first series but even going back and watching it now I still don’t find myself hating it. G Gundam is still One of the better series, though. And yeah Power Rangers only worked because nobody had ever seen something like it before, but zyuranger is really mid tier as a sentai. 5 out of 10 really. About seed, you do realize the only thing that people hate about it is Kira Yamato, right?
Wing is great in the first 2/3 of the series but completely collapses after Epyon is introduced. There is a part where it feels that they didn't know how to continue so it drags on until they get into space to fight Zechs for the final time. Then it gets rushed. I remember being surprised when I rewatched 5 years ago because I thought I would have a completely different reaction. One that was consistent for the whole series. And nah Seed got much more hate than Kira.

Who knew how much more interesting things could get if you add child soldiers or literal terrorists to the mix.
I think another reason why Wing is so popular is because it's kinda like edgy DBZ with mechs (if Goku and gang were obsessed with Superman IV: The Quest for Peace).
And no wonder the designs were sorta cool, seeing how obviously they draw inspiration from the superior G Fighter Gundam.
As for Seed: Even an inferior remake thing of UC Gundam still has enough UC Gundam to not be entirely terrible.

Dairanger is the improved Zyuranger, anyways. They try similar ideas (what with monsters having a human form that's basically an Adam West villain), but Dairanger is just better executed and gloriously violent at time.
Autism attracts more autism. Sooner or later, an internet nobody will attract the exact kind of fans - and detractors - he deserves.
