Then there was another mysterious stranger who screamed "UGLY" at her, and then ran away at the sight of a cross-eyed (seriously, after seeing her eyes in those frontal pics i believe she always take selfies from the same angle to hide her Strabismus, among other things) fat midget in a Halloween costume stomping in his direction.

There was also the story about some black dudes being interested in her car and not in her, but she was happy about that.

She always has these totally real and most certainly not made up stories about total strangers reacting (usually positively) to her tattoos. This is certainly no sign of Main Character Syndrome.
The reality however is that no one gives a toss about her, and she copes with this by slapping on even more tattoos.
