The movie was doomed from the start, since he had the brilliant idea to film the movie with his shoe string budget in LA. Which anyone in the industry that has a brain cell knows not to film in Los Angelas due to the expensive filming permits. So he's either that out of touch or nobody bothered to tell him not to do it. You're right, he could've just made it a more grounded movie, film it local or anywhere that's not gonna burn through the cash. But he wanted it to be big and epic as he thinks all big movies are like that. So the movie, and instead of picking himself back up and learning from the experience, he just quit and is now forever doing AVGN for the rest of his life.

Gay chasers are doing the same stupid shit, another shitty adventure movie nobody who watches the show wants.

Crowd funding has taken off big time since he did it. If he had the desire he could easily fund a sequel or several of them if he films around his city or goes to Canada. There's literally no reason he can't have a career in filmmaking except his ham of a wife won't let him.

Plus no one will call him an e-beggar this time around since everyone is doing this shit now.
