This post has more details on what happened.

While most is typically whining, the thing that jumps out to me is Screenwave bailing from Cinemassacre after the plagiarism scandal. I guess I had some minor hope that the slobs pulling back on being involved with the episodes was because they listened to criticism but they were just shifting the entire blame onto James and let him and Kieran sort it out. And when things started to get better, they wanted their greasy hands all over it.

And the way he talks, it obvious that he had beef with Tranny and Gengar Fatty. He goes out of his way to speak good about James, Mike, and Tony.
