Like the chris chan thing, it's a mix of things like lesbian orgies, fetish related like sissy/fem guys, maybe hoping to get pegged or dominated or something , I'm sure the intent is mostly sexual and not just identifying as a woman, it's more what gets them horny under the dress.

There's the exception of course like the fags who actually go through with surgery, but over all it's just what gets them off I'd say.
