How long until Nintendo takes down his Zelda bait review of the first Zelda game he ever played which somehow makes him a "legit reviewer" so he can cry about "muh fair use" again?

From the zelda review.

*Sorry for all the delays! Thanks for all your support guys! This is the 7th version we've tried so far - Someone needs to teach Nintendo Japan about Fair Use! I'm sure this will get claimed eventually which we will fight as much as we can*

I'm torn. I want that video to go down for something that'll make him mad but I know he really wants that Nintendo grab. Best option would be somebody else taking it down, really.
He'd sit there, getting all excited about his plan having worked when he sees the e-mail telling him it was claimed but would be totally confused by reading it wasn't by Nintendo.

Do they even take these videos down, or do they just demand monetization? Because I'm wondering what's being challenged here, Pedro's freedom to say stupid uninformed crap, or his gluttonous greed?

Of course it's monetized. He wouldn't do this shit if it wasn't the case.

If BotW is your first Zelda ever, there's a good chance that you shouldn't bother and that Zelda never contributed to your career, anways.

Really, the only reason he keeps reviewing Nintendo stuff is for that sweet sweet drama.

I'm asking out of curiosity, since there is an obvious difference between copyright strike and monetization claim, although when you listen to José, you couldn't tell, either one of those is like losing a newborn baby to him.

I'm assuming he would quickly stop doing Nintendo stuff if they were throwing copyright strikes at him.

Considering that fans of him and other heroes for the Fair Use cause seem to equate "the video got demonetized" with "THEY CENSOR AND DELETE EVERYTHING", he might end up getting confused as well.

There's already an Angry Joe thread. Should we make it seven?

The latter. Nintendo doesn't take a video down, they make YT enable monetization on it going to Nintendo. The video creator gets nothing.
Taking videos down was something Sega once did and they got a massive backlash over it.
The only way to make money with showing Nintendo footage is becoming a partnered channel with them, which is just becoming a paid shill, really. Ignore such channels as they are basically freelance marketing fucks.

Does the "Flustered Fernando" name come from that SiIvaGunner thing? https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC8Q9Ca ... 0Z9VZ5cxmg
