He won't show up. Stetler already confirmed on facebook that he tried reaching out a couple of times but didn't get any response from him. Noah probably thinks it's beneath him. I believe Ross from Ross' Game Dungeon was possibly invited, he definitely was in contact with Stetler and was also hanging around in the chat. Don't know if he'll take an active role in the last part.
