Eating well isnt exactly rocket science that needs to be taught at school. Pick up a food item. Is it a vegetable, green, red or orange, tastes bland? Then it's good for you. Is it sweet, greasy, processed to oblivion? Then it's bad for you if eaten in large quantities.

People like the warthog have the taste palate of a spoiled child, that's why they do the Newmann reaction when faced with a piece of broccoli. They simply aren't incapable appreciating the nuanced flavors and textures of a plate of lettuce, tomato and onions salad, because it's not sweet nor have its taste enhanced by fat.
