Poor selection tbh. A multi-slot neo-geo with Metal Slug is practically required. No Final Fight? I assume SF2 or SF3 is in there and just out of frame, right? Daytona? Outrun? Bubble Bobble? Star Wars? That shitty konami TMNT arcade? Joust? Tempest?

Their selection of games, just based on what I'm seeing, is definitely aimed at boomers. But even my list, which is primarily based on popularity rather than what I personally like, showcases some big boomer names they've left out. I didn't even mention shmups. No Raiden? No Cave games at all?

Every bowling center will provide at the very least those and Splatterhouse, because you need Splatterhouse.
Imo in order for an operation like this to have a chance you need a selection of those Japanese machines that kept coming out after the 90s, and owners in the west refused to keep buying, slowly replacing their costumers with cobwebs.

Good point. Yatzee is far less of a spastic than that lot. Vegan and alcohol-free bar with a few arcade cabs would be a hard sell in London. But Norfolk? Unless that's a bigger hipster place than Portland or Seattle, they are fucked.
