When I first heard about this I thought it was fake especially since Keemstar was talking about it. But the fact that Booger actually has a chance of going to jail is so surreal. I always imagined his fat(e) being a lonely obese man who would succumb to a death fat disease. I would be amazed if his heart actually gives out in prison.

Shock as in a rapid decline in blood pressure, not being startled. They are more likely to just stay dead from fluctuations in blood pressure since they already have problems in that regard.

Stomach reduction surgery is a keyhole surgery, requiring very little cutting.

He's still too well-off and can easily afford the medications he needs to stay alive.
I wouldn't really worry about him dying from morbid obesity until after Chantal has kicked the bucket. Unlike Boogie she's literally too stupid to properly take her meds, or listen to her doctors' advice, or really think about anything other than eating. I bet 10bux she'll die long before him.
