I've seen enough false happenings to know that it won't. He was clearly doing it for attention and many have suspected (even on here) that he fired blanks. This is more likely to happen:

He probably used blanks, but I'm not sure how easy that would be to prove, and how much of a mitigating effect this would have. He was still shooting in the air like a psycho, probably terrorizing his neighbors in the process.

With the video footage, I think it's absolutely clear those are blanks due to no recoil. As I've said many times, if you ever shot from a revolver, that thing kicks. You can not fire it while holding it in one arm (especially baby t-rex arms like Booger has) without it having any kickback whatsoever. Maybe if you're really experienced, you know how to handle the recoil, but we're not talking about that situation, obviously.
