DSP Thread: Bugged Forum mechanics
Re: DSP Thread: Bugged Forum mechanics
Does he really need to be afraid of divorce? What's half of nothing? Wouldn't his wife just assume his debts, especially if she took his house, his car and all his shit?
Phil is fuckin' divorce-proof

Would she get half of his gacha wresslers?

Re: DSP Thread: Bugged Forum mechanics
Doesn’t mean he wants anyone to have the chance of kicking him out of the gout mansion and selling all his shit
Re: DSP Thread: Bugged Forum mechanics
His stuff is worthless, we've established that, and doesn't he have liens on his house or something?
His wife would be stupid to try and take it from him and have to pay back his debts on half his income. But, then again, only an idiot would have married Phil in the first place
Bottom line his fear of getting taken for his worthless shit is far greater than the actual odds of getting taken for said shit

You'll have to explain that to Phil in terms of odds of getting a specific wrassler from a WWE Champions pull.

Half his income is a hell of a lot.
Re: DSP Thread: Bugged Forum mechanics
Not if she takes ALL of his house, his car and everything he owes money on
You forget this is Phil we're talking about. He has a knack for weaselling his way out of consequences. A divorce would probably end up being a net positive for him: he'd be rid of the wife he never really wanted to marry in the first place and she'd be saddled with all his debts except his credit card debt and personal tax debt. Or, conversely, she could leave him with his house, his car and all his shit and just take half his income. He spends money like a nigger anyway, what's he going to notice? And if she finds another beta provider, he's off the hook anyway

I realize meme magic is powerful, but you're essentially arguing against the standard divorce screw case which has been documented for generations. DSP is the man and the primary breadwinner. If khet divorces, she's going to sue for alimony based on made-up lost income numbers and her right to half his property. She's going to argue she's become accustomed to a certain standard of living.McGinnis wrote: ↑Wed Feb 14, 2024 12:57 pmNot if she takes ALL of his house, his car and everything he owes money on

FYI dsp has plenty of stuff that's worth money. He just lied on his bankruptcy filings, which is why people think he has nothing.
Also, Khet leaving DSP would mean he'd have to wash his own laundry, do his own dishes, cook his own food and feel emasculated for not having a woman to hold over "da trollz." He may not have wanted to marry her, but he does need to have another person around. Both as a source of narcissistic supply and for slave labor/male validation.

She can be saddled with anything she's put her name on, and if she keeps the car, the house and everything in them, she's liable for those too.rabidtictac wrote: ↑Wed Feb 14, 2024 3:53 pmAlso, no there is no world under the sun where a wife can be saddled with the debts from a STILL-LIVING divorced spouse who did the actual accruing of said debts
Am I right in thinking he still lives in Washington state? That's a Community Property state, just like Commiefornia. It means she can also be held liable for any debts accrued during the marriage as well.
Bottom line, the only thing stupider than marrying Phil would be to divorce him and try to take all his shit in the divorce

Her name is not on anything of Phil's. He bought that house with the Panda and you know he put that all in his name. That car predates her too. I don't think she'd sue for the house or car, rather she'd push for half of his income for some period of time. His income is extremely high, regardless of how quickly he spends it all.McGinnis wrote: ↑Wed Feb 14, 2024 4:27 pmShe can be saddled with anything she's put her name on, and if she keeps the car, the house and everything in them, she's liable for those too.rabidtictac wrote: ↑Wed Feb 14, 2024 3:53 pmAlso, no there is no world under the sun where a wife can be saddled with the debts from a STILL-LIVING divorced spouse who did the actual accruing of said debts

Most of the pigroach's biggest debts were accrued prior to the marriage. He pays cash, not credit, for WWE Champions pulls by transferring day-one from paypal tips into his bank account and then to iTunes. Unless there's some bombshell debt pile out there (could be) from post-wedding spending... I mean, we won't know until the divorce arc.
