In this case, I think he is his son. He does kind of look like him. But the main reason is because Destiny pretends he doesn't exist that I am sure he is his. He can't stand that the son isn't his girlfriend's son.

A little backstory. My understanding is that Destiny is from the Midwest and he knocked up some girl when he was in high school. They were together for some years while he did odd jobs. He ditched them when he became a big streamer and moved to Florida which is where all the cuck stuff started happening. Seems he really hated having a normal life.
