It definitely doesn't help if your branch in one of the biggest Western countries out there has such piss-poor quality standards.

It would've been better to get British actors and do the recording in Britain, rather than getting an American to do her best Miss Piggy impression

They're probably trying not to bump up the production costs. One of the reasons AAA game development is so bloated nowadays is because of these faggot voice actors and celebrities bumping up the production costs. So NOA try to go as cheap as possible by getting non-SAG non-union actors. The problem with this is that, by-and-large, the non union guys can't fucking act.

What if they used Zelda Williams to voice Princess Zelda? They've already used ads with her and her father before the latter an heroed.

You do understand that Zelda is one of Nintendo's blue ribbon franchises and they didn't even want to pay for decent voice actors the very first time the series has ever had proper voice acting? Why in God's name would they get Zelda Williams who, while nowhere near as high priced as her father, would probably still ask for more money than they're willing to pay?

It is great, but in retrospective, the perfect game for a British dub would have been Final Fantasy XII: The Loicense Board RPG.
